This Columbia Valley red blend is a mash of Bordeaux and Rhone varietals featuring equal parts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Mourvedre and Syrah. On the nose, black fruit aromas are joined by notes of cedar, pipe tobacco, vanilla and baking spice. On the palate, itâs juicy with spiced black plum that is met on the mid-palate by dark chocolate leading to an earthy-spicy finish of bittersweet chocolate and baking spice.
