This Lewis-Clark Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from Idaho's Colter Creek Winery offers a luscious mouthfeel of rich berry sauce punctuated by lively notes of baking spice that round out to hint at earthy flavors of dark chocolate and clay dust with nicely balanced acidity alluding to black cherry on the finessed finish. Inviting aromas of berry jam, cedar, Allspice and black peppercorn make a nice introduction.
