This Okanagan Valley Cabernet Sauvignon presents light aromas of cedar and baking spice that mix with notes of ripe black fruit and hints of dried herbs. On the palate, it delivers a rounded mouthfeel with flavors of ripe black plum and black cherry before well-integrated tannins deliver earthy notes of cocoa and finely ground espresso toward the end of the mid-palate with hints of black pepper and graphite on a brambly finish.
