This Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon presents expressive aromas of cedar, baking spice and pipe tobacco wrapping around notes of dried fruit. On the palate it delivers nicely balanced flavors of black cherry that linger through the mid-palate before giving way to finely textured tannins carrying earthy notes of cocoa through a polished finished.
