Coyote Canyon Winery 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

This Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon from Prosser Washington's Coyote Canyon Winery is fruit forward, showing some nice balance and earth. Flavors of blackberry give way to notes of cocoa with lingering acidity leading to a lightly textured dry finish with earthy hints of clay dust. Aromas are rich with floral-herbal notes that frame dark fruit with hints of cedar, black peppercorn, dried herbs, and baking spice.
