This medium bodied Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir presents bold aromas of baking spice and rich black fruit alluding to plum sauce with hints of earthy florals. On the palate, it delivers bright flavors of raspberry and cherry with lingering acidity through the lengthy mid-palate where notes of gravelly minerality emerge before a dry, earthy finish hinting at bittersweet chocolate.
