Deep Roots Winery 2020 Syrah

This British Columbia Syrah is enticing with smoky aromas mixing with notes of ripe, dark fruit, sweet tobacco, Allspice and floral hints of lavender. On the palate, it's nicely structured with flavors of blackberry that show a nice acidic balance lingering through the mid-palate with emerging earthy-mineral notes toward a finely textured finish hinting at graphite.
