Druvor Hill 2018 Cotore Field Blend Pinot Noir

Salem Oregon's Druvor Hill makes clone-specific Pinot Noirs, but this blend includes grapes from what are determined to be the best sections of the vineyard. It's a pale-plus ruby in color with generous aromas of raspberry jam; floral and spice potpourri; and hints of dried herbs. It's juicy and round on the palate with rich flavors of spiced cherry that are balanced nicely by structured tannins with earthy notes of cocoa and cinnamon lingering on the polished finish.
