This Applegate Valley Primitivo offers aromas of red berry jam with notes of Allspice and sweet tobacco. On the palate, it delivers bright and juicy flavors of cherry with hints of tart raspberry and a dash of black pepper that linger through the mid-palate before a lingering finish that shows growing notes of chocolate.
