Elephant Seven 2018 Yellow Bird Vineyard Syrah

This Syrah from Walla Walla's Elephant Seven presents rich and mouth-filling flavors alluding to a spiced sauce of dark berries with prominent notes of dark chocolate and a graphite minerality carried by uplifting tannins that linger through a lengthy finish. On the nose, vibrant herbal and floral aromas mix with rich dark fruit and nicely integrated notes of black peppercorn.
