This Yakima Valley Syrah presents aromas of rich dark fruit that mingle with floral and herbal notes of lavender, cigar box and green peppercorn with a hint of black licorice. It delivers a luxurious silky mouthfeel with flavors of just ripe blackberry and plum skin that lead to an earthy mid-palate hinting at graphite that lingers on persistent acids leading to a finish showing notes of dark chocolate with a fine dusting of espresso.
