Elsom Cellars 2016 Logan

Logan is a red wine blend consisting of 64% Malbec, 32% Merlot and 4% Syrah, presenting nicely structured acidity that delivers rich flavors of blueberry mixed with notes of baking spice, then emerging notes of black licorice, cocoa and a clay pot minerality on an earthy finish. Enticing and bold aromas wrap around dried black fruit alluding to raisin, including clove, sweet tobacco and dried herbs.
