Elsom Cellars 2017 Syrah

This Horse Heaven Hills Syrah from Seattle's Elsom Cellars is luxurious and mouth-coating with rich flavors of blackberry and chocolate that are layered nicely through the mid-palate before fading to an earthy finish hinting at a dusting of espresso. The nose presents bold aromas of smoky bacon fat, jammy black fruit, Allspice and black peppercorn.
