Enrico Winery 2021 Coronet

Enrico Winery 2021 Coronet

This white wine from British Columbia's Enrico Winery is made from Petit Milo, a modern hybrid grape that is cold hardy and early ripening making it a wine grape that can ripen in cool climate areas, in this case Vancouver Island, BC. The grape makes bright, aromatic wines and this one is lightly oak aged. On the nose, it's lightly floral with notes alluding to fresh green grapes, green apple and citrus zest with hints of white pepper. On the palate, it's zesty with balanced citrus notes of Meyer lemon, orange and a splash of nectarine that show nice weight and length on the mid-palate that is mouthcoating with a light oily texture that delivers a long finish.
