This Cabernet Sauvignon from Phinny Hill Vineyards in Prosser, Washington offers aromas of berry jam, dried herbs, cedar, pipe tobacco, black pepper and subtle notes of clove. On the palate, it delivers a nice balance of rich and juicy with flavors of blackberry and black cherry with notes of finely textured cocoa emerging on the mid-palate joined by lively spice through the finish.
