This British Columbia Mead presents aromas of poached pear, baking spice and a drizzle of honey. On the palate it delivers on off-dry balance with bright citrus flavors with a splash of nectarine, a dash of baking spice leading to a finish that gains weight alluding to orange blossom honey.
