Finn Hill Winery 2017 Jolie Cabernet Sauvignon

This Wahluke Slope Cabernet Sauvignon delivers flavors of red and black fruits that display nice acidity upfront and are balanced on the mid-palate with lightly textured notes of cocoa, graphite and dried herbs that linger through an earthy finish. On the nose, it’s complex with aromatic cedar, sweet tobacco, baking spice and green peppercorn notes that mix with aromas of jammy black fruit with a hint of red bell pepper.
