This Naramata Bench, British Columbia Riesling delivers bracing acidity that shows a delightful balance of lemon, lime and pink grapefruit with just a hint of sweetness alluding to tangy nectarine that persists with impressive length through the finish. Enticing and complex aromas allude to green apple, citrus zest, basil, sweet florals, a hint of white pepper and a whiff of petrol. It's enjoyable on its own, but it's sure to be a versatile food wine to pair with delicate white fish or scallops in butter sauce or a spicy Asian dish.
