This Yakima Valley Merlot presents bold aromas of cedar and baking spice that mix with concentrated notes of ripe plum and hints of dried herbs. On the palate, it delivers a round and juicy mouthfeel with flavors alluding to dark berries and plum that are balanced by firm tannins on the mid-palate with notes of earth and a brambly herbaceousness that fades to leave hints of bittersweet chocolate on the finish.
