Golden Ridge Cellars 2018 Cabernet Franc

This Walla Walla Valley wine is a nice example of a savory style Cabernet Franc with rich fruit nicely framed by peppery and other complex notes. It delivers a velvety mouthfeel with seamless flavors that allude to a mix of blackberry, bell pepper, licorice and chocolate with a lightly-textured finish hinting at a mix of cocoa and ground espresso. Intriguing aromas are a mix of jammy red fruit with notes of dried chili and hints of sweet tobacco.
