The Snake River Valley Cabernet Sauvignon presents a nice blend of aromas led by dark berry jam, joined by notes of baking spice, cedar, green peppercorn and dried herbs. It delivers lively flavors of black cherry and plum that are met by growing notes of chocolate on the mid-palate leading to a lightly textured finish alluding to cocoa and hints of earthy clay dust.
