Holesinsky Winery 2020 Billy Brew

With the look of a hazy beer, this offering from Idaho's Holesinsky Winery is a co-fermented mix of Chardonnay and peach. On the nose, ripe peach is prominent, but subtle herbal notes of sweet straw are also present. On the palate, it displays a slightly sweet balance, but the creamy-peachy flavors are balanced with some nice acidity hinting at a splashes of pineapple, orange and lemon that deliver an intriguing change of pace.
