This Willamette Valley Methode champenoise sparkling wine from is made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. It displays brilliant acids that expand on the palate, opening with lemon and green apple with hints of gooseberry, intensifying and lingering through an extensive mid-palate before fading to reveal balanced flavors alluding to Meyer lemon with a hint of gravelly minerality. Aromas allude to brioche, yellow apple and citrus zest.
