This Willamette Valley sparkling Brut Cuvee of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay displays a fine and persistent bead of effervescence while presenting aromas of brioche, yellow apple and almond with a hint of lemon zest. On the palate, it delivers flavors of green apple balanced by prominent notes of lemon-curd that linger for an impressive finish.
