King Estate Winery 2021 Domaine Pinot Gris

King Estate's Domaine wines are intended to represent the best of its estate grown fruit and this 100% stainless steel fermented Pinot Gris was aged sur lie for six months. It delivers nicely layered fruit on the palate, carried on structured acids that deliver flavors of lime with splashes of tangerine and pineapple, finishing with intense notes of peach pit that linger. On the nose, aromas of green apple mix with peach, citrus zest and floral notes of orange blossom with hints of minerality and white pepper.
