This bright style Pinot Noir displays tart red fruit balanced by an earthy minerality, a likely successful pairing with poultry, salmon or pork tenderloin. It opens on the tart side of red fruit alluding to red huckleberry that is met by earthy-mineral notes and a persistent bright finish with a hint of orange zest On the nose, floral aromas of rose mix with notes of new leather and pine pitch with light notes of red berries peeking through.
