Paradox is a Willamette Valley Pinot Gris that spends time on oak and sur lie aging. On the nose, it presents aromas of green apple with notes of key lime pie and a wet concrete minerality. On the palate, it delivers a wake-up punch of lime balanced with green apple and a gravelly minerality all lingering on a lengthy finish with a hint of saline.
