This medium-plus bodied Walla Walla Merlot offers aromas of brown baking spices and tobacco mingling with dark jammy fruit. Flavors of black cherry, tea, vanilla and peppery-clove spice continue on a lingering finish. This wine shows elegant restrain with moderate tannins and a solid backbone of acidity that would make it a good pairing with steak, lamb, pork or duck.
