Kontos Cellars 2018 Dorsey Red Wine

This blend of Bordeaux red varietals includes 35% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Malbec and 20 Petit Verdot. On the nose, it presents aromas of black fruit, cedar, sweet tobacco, Allspice and black peppercorn that make for a nice introduction. On the palate, it's rich and mouthcoating with flavors alluding to a spicy plum sauce with notes of dark chocolate that are met by structured tannins that lead to an earthy finish alluding to ground espresso and graphite.
