Krause Berry Farms & Estate Winery Sparkling Strawberry (non-vintage)

This sparkling wine made from British Columbia strawberries is medium copper in color and offers light perfumed aromas of fresh berries with just a touch of orange zest. The strawberry is more restrained on the palate, balanced surprisingly by bright flavors of apricot, rhubarb, Maraschino cherry and orange marmalade.
