Lane Cellars (Non-vintage) Leon Millot
Published: May 10, 2026
Leon Millot is a dark-skinned French hybrid grape varietal developed to be early ripening and disease resistant for cooler climates. This one is made from Lane Cellarâs estate grown fruit in western Washingtonâs Clark County. Made in the style of a full-bodied wine, a dark garnet in color, it presents aromas of jammy black fruit that mix with notes of sweet tobacco, green peppercorn and a dash of baking spice. It delivers a rounded, fruit forward mouthfeel of dark berries and black cherry that mix with notes of dark chocolate on the mid-palate. Tannins are nicely integrated and the fruit carries enough acidity to provide a lengthy finish.
