This full-bodied wine from Idaho's Lindsay Creek Vineyards uses Washington fruit and offers a big nose of ripe Italian plums mixing with savory aromas of roasted meat and a touch of smoky embers. Big, rich and complex, the wine presents flavors of ripe blueberries, cocoa and vanilla with a finish offering notes of sweet black licorice.
