Longship Cellars 2019 Star Ship Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is a blend of each of the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignons created by Richland Washington's Longship Cellars. It's a boldly styled Cab that delivers a rich mouthfeel with flavors of a spiced berry sauce and notes of cola and cocoa emerging on the mid-palate, then lingering to an earthy finish hinting at a dusting of espresso and clay dust. On the nose, it's a nice mix of dark berry jam, baking spice, dried herbs and green peppercorn with hints of sweet tobacco and vanilla.
