Bold aromas of dried thyme and pipe tobacco mix with notes of jammy black fruit and hints of green peppercorn and clove. On the palate, it delivers flavors of black cherry that are met by a prominent streak of clay pot earthiness on the mid-palate before a finely textured finish hinting at a dusting of ground espresso.
