This raspberry table wine from western British Columbia is made from 100% raspberry with two pounds of berries per bottle. On the nose, it presents pure aromas of raspberry jam. On the palate it delivers bright flavors of a perfectly ripe fresh raspberry that retains a little zing of acidity, gaining weight through the mid-palate and a finish that alludes to raspberry with a drop of orange oil. Let your imagination roll on pairings or use as an ingredient or mixer. Raspberry mimosas anyone?
