This raspberry table wine made from Fraser Valley raspberries offers bold aromas of raspberry jam. On the palate, it finds a delightful bright balance that lingers on the palate. This would be fun to try pairings with rich savory proteins like duck, pork, lamb or blackened salmon; cheeses such as goat cheese or blue cheese to contrast the gamey and salty notes; or less sweet desserts like cheesecake.
