This sparkling rose made from grapes of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir from Puget Sound is made in traditional Champagne method. It presents a fine mousse in the glass and delivers lively flavors of tart cherry and delicate notes of red berries, then reveals hints of peach and melon rind on the mid-palate and refreshing dry finish with a hint of biscuit.
