This Southern Oregon Syrah presents aromas of clove-spiced black fruit that mix with floral and earthy notes of green peppercorn, lavender, vanilla, cigar box and a hint of smoky bacon fat. On the palate, it delivers flavors of dark berries with lively acidity that are met on the mid-palate by prominent earthy notes alluding to finely ground expresso and minerally notes of graphite that extend nicely on the lightly textured finish.
