This Horse Heaven Hills red Rhone blend includes 38% Syrah, 37% Grenache and 25% Mourvedre. It presents aromas of dark fruit that mix with notes of dried herbs, pencil shavings and a dusting of baking spice. On the palate, it delivers a bright and juicy mouthfeel with flavor of tart cherries that are met on the mid-palate by earthy notes alluding to a clay pot minerality with a dash of peppery spice lingering on the finish.
