Mt. Lehman Winery 2017 Ehrenfelser

Ehrenfelser is a white wine varietal cross between Riesling and an obscure white varietal from Alsace, developed for its early ripening character. This one from British Columbia's Fraser Valley offers aromas and flavors of green apple, lime and hints of apricot and nectarine that find a beautifully fresh and bright balance. Soft cheeses or slightly spicy dishes would be a good choice of food pairings. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
