Roseburg Oregon's Mustard Seed Cellars sourced their Cabernet Sauvignon for this offering from Oregon's slice of the Walla Walla Valley AVA. It's wonderfully expressive to the nose, offering rich, complex, warm and spicy aromas. It's beautifully structured on the palate with fruit that alludes to slightly tart fresh blackberries that carry well into the mid-palate before notes of cocoa and finely ground coffee lead to a dry, balanced finish with hints of graphite
