Neher Family Wines 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon from Oregon's portion of the Walla Walla Valley delivers beautifully structured notes of bright fruit and earth. Its juicy flavors upfront allude to black cherry and candied violet that are balanced on the mid-palate by earthy hints of cocoa and coffee with persistent acidity and a finish hinting at graphite and baking chocolate. On the nose, black fruit is wrapped in aromas of cedar, baking spice, dried herbs, green peppercorn and new leather.
