Neher Family Wines 2021 Principal Red

This red Bordeaux style blend contains 75% Merlot, 9% Petit Verdot, 9% Malbec and 7% Cabernet Sauvignon. It presents rich aromas of dark berries, caramel, sweet tobacco and a dash of baking spice. It delivers a silky mouthfeel of black cherry and red plum with bright acidity that extends the mid-palate before an earthy finish showing a gravelly minerality.
