Northwest Cellars 2022 W White Blend

This white wine blend includes 70% Pinot Gris and 30% Pinot Blanc. It presents aromas of yellow apple and pear that mix with notes of cream. On the palate, it delivers a racy acidity alluding to lime with a splash of lemon and a hint of tart nectarine on the mid-palate all wrapped around a minerally core with a touch of quinine on the finish.
