This Stanwood Washington winery in the cool climate of Puget Sound showcases German varietals like this estate Sylvaner. On the nose, it presents mineral forward aromas with notes of tree fruit resembling sun-warmed yellow apple and hinting at white peach. On the palate, it delivers bright notes of tangerine and lemon with hints of honey and toward the mid-palate hints at apricot that lingers on a finish of nice length.
