This Red Mountain Carmenere presents aromas of black plum that are joined by notes of dried red chili pepper and a hint of chocolate. On the palate, juicy flavors of black plum and dark berries are joined by hints of green pepper leading to a finish alluding to a dusting of dark chocolate.
