Pebblestone Cellars 2020 Viognier Block 8

This Southern Oregon Viognier was whole cluster pressed, cool fermented and aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks. It opens with bright flavors of pineapple and lime that are balanced by a prominent crushed rock minerality before a finish hinting at rose water. On the nose, light aromas of stone fruit and citrus mix with notes of cream and a whisper of orange blossom.
