Peter William Vineyard 2021 Chardonnay Gold Vineyard

This Rogue Valley Chardonnay was aged on 40% new oak with bright fruit shining through a butteriness and nicely structured minerality. It opens with upfront flavors of tart pineapple that meet with a prominent minerality on the mid-palate as tropical fruit notes gain weight toward the finish. Aromas allude to butterscotch, yellow apple, pie crust and a dusting of baking spice.
