This Yakima Valley Cabernet Sauvignon presents bold spicy aromas that include notes of baking spice, black pepper and bell pepper and hints of cedar and dried herbs that wrap around rich dark fruit. On the palate, it delivers a rounded and juicy mouthfeel with flavors of rich black cherry and dark berries bursting with acidity. Emerging tannins on the mid-palate deliver a brambly herbaceousness and earthy notes of chocolate that lead to a finish hinting at graphite.
