This red blend from Yakima Valley includes 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot 26 and 20% Syrah. On the nose, it presents aromas of cedar, baking spice and dried fruit with hints of pipe tobacco and menthol. On the palate, it offers lively flavors of dark berries, black cherry and plum skin balanced by finely textured tannins carrying notes of dark chocolate that build through the mid-palate and linger for a rich, earthy finish.
